We’re really fortunate to have a diverse team. We challenge one another, but the focus always comes back to asking ourselves, are we doing right by our understanding of people living with Hemophilia? Are we making the right decisions that are going to have an impact and make their lives better? I would say, in this marketplace, when you're inconsistent, they know it. They know it, and then you don't have that trust…and this is a community of very smart people…people who care about one another. It demands respect, involvement, and transparency. This is a community that has been burned in the past. So my role is to make sure that they're confident about Genentech. They want to know who we are and what we stand for. It makes a lot of sense for this community to demand that we demonstrate our commitment, and that we can be trusted.
