We’re really fortunate to have a smart, caring, and diverse team with different backgrounds and perspectives. We challenge one another -- with respect -- but the focus always comes back to asking ourselves -- Are we doing right by those living and caring for people living with hemophilia? Are we making the right decisions that are going to have a positive impact? I would say, in this marketplace, when you're inconsistent or don't understand the community, they know it. They know it, and you don't earn their trust…and this is an amazing community of very smart and empowered people…they demand and deserve our respect and demonstrated commitment. So part of my role--partnering with colleagues in Advocacy Relations, our Clinical Educator team, and others is to first help make sure that they're aware of and confident about Genentech and about our science. They want to know who we are and what we stand for. It makes a lot of sense for this community to demand that we demonstrate our commitment, and that we can be trusted.
