I was looking for a place that was more than just a company, but also a place where I could make a difference doing something I’m passionate about. As I did my research, I became more and more interested in working for Genentech, and the values that they stand behind. I thought..."This place resonates with me". Being that this is a new therapy for Genentech, it's really important for us to have a strong entry. This community is well informed and we need to ensure that we're being as transparent as possible, and providing as much information to the community as we can. It's extremely important to this team that we're identifying the best possible clinical specialists for this role. We have a lot of functional partners and are looking for great communicators and collaborators…people that are comfortable working with others and who understand that they can't do everything by themselves. We have one chance to get it right, and we want to make sure we have those bright people in place to help with this mission.
